Job Summary:

This position is responsible for providing day-to-day support in Physician and Advanced Practice Provider recruiting. Duties include administrative support, as well as assisting hiring managers and Provider Recruiters with sourcing, screening, recruiting, and on-boarding candidates.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Assists Physician/APP Recruitment with administrative tasks including preparing documents, scheduling interviews, and report preparation.
  • Posts appropriate openings on recruitment careers sites and ensures that they are kept up-to-date.
  • Researches databases for targeted marketing campaigns, outreach, and direct mailings.
  • Assists in the active/passive sourcing of qualified candidates by targeting established lists.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with candidates to stay knowledgeable of travel, credentialing, and relocation needs and coordination.
  • Coordinates calendars and itinerary for candidates with Executive leadership, practice operations and candidate.
  • Provides candidate tours at various locations, as necessary.
  • Maintains tracking of status to ensure candidate records are complete and that the recruitment process is accurately tracked.
  • Keys all new hire on-boarding information into appropriate HR systems.
  • Works with Recruitment Coordinators to ensure all on-boarding paperwork is appropriately scheduled and completed.
  • Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports for tracking various sources, as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Three years of Human Resource coordination, administrative support, or social media data mining experience preferred.
  • Experience in a health care setting preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications preferred.

Physical Requirements: Constant (67-100% of workday) sitting and use of arms and hands; occasional (0-33% of workday) standing, walking, bending, squatting; ability to lift, push, and pull up to 10 lbs.; auditory and visual skills.

Mental Requirements: Possesses critical thinking and analytical skills.  Ability to multi-task.  Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team. 

Environmental Requirements and Exposure Hazards: Potential risk of exposure to chemicals.
