Our career ladder for RNs known as ACE – Advancing Clinical Excellence – is second to none. It offers support to RNs while they advance in their education and empower them to grow in their career. It enables them to advance their careers in the directions they choose and also gives them the tools they need to take even better care of their patients through promoting evidence based practice. If you have one year of acute care experience and join our interdisciplinary team, you are automatically a Level II RN. And, when you participate in shared governance or a unit based research project among other things, you can apply to advance to a higher level which means that you can go beyond a Level II without a BSN.
