Meet the Recruiters

Hello, I'm Bob Jensen, Director of Human Resources. Thanks for visiting us online.
With over 25 years of HR experience, primarily in healthcare, I can truly say I've found a better way to work here at Mary Washington Healthcare. All healthcare organizations say that their people are the number-one priority, but many fall short of meeting their needs. At Mary Washington Healthcare, I'm surrounded by colleagues who go the extra mile to take care of every patient, visitor, and staff member. We understand the importance of teamwork, are flexible enough to change, and take time to celebrate the good parts of each day.
I think it takes flexibility and an openness to learning to succeed at Mary Washington Healthcare. |

Hi, there. I'm Susan Brooks, with Mary Washington Healthcare since 2000 and a nurse recruiter since 2005. It's my job to keep the talent flowing to ED, OR, Central Sterile Processing, Trauma, Pre-Op Inpatient Surgical, Women's Care Center, Perinatology, Health Link, Mobile Van, Nursing Center of Excellence, Care Management, and Nursing Supervisors.
It was fantastic to win the Associate of the Month, Pillar of Excellence, and Partners of Excellence awards. It's because I found a career that is truly fulfilling.
I love meeting a candidate who is excited and passionate about what they do!
